What is BAP?

BAP is a performing arts camp for kids aged 11 to 20. BAP is held at Seward County Community College in Liberal, KS. The campers stay in the dorms, eat in the cafeteria and rehearse in the Showcase Theatre.

What is the show?

Annie is June 1 through 8th and Cinderella is July 20 through 27.

What do I have to prepare for auditions?

Nothing! Just show up with a good attitude. We will have you read a scene, learn a few musical bars and teach you a short dance combination. After the show is cast, rehearsals start immediately.

What is the deal with the final performance?

The performance is the last day of camp, Saturday at 2pm. Everyone is welcome to attend! We put on a full scale broadway style show.

What is a day at BAP like?

An adventure. You will be challenged with music, drama and dance rehearsals. When not in rehearsal, other activities are swimming, campfire, talent show, etc.

How do I memorize an entire show in one week?

I have no idea.... but it happens every time. Don't worry- you will rehearse to the point that you feel confident.

Can I attend both camps?

Yes, you can attend one or both camps.

Can I request a roommate?

Yes! On your registration form there is a spot to indicate roommate preference.

How much does BAP cost?

$400 which includes room, board, activities, and all show related costs including costumes, props and sets. $100 is due at registration and the balance is due at check-in.
